New Orphanages or Church Plants

There are so many orphans in Myanmar and there always will be, so there is such a need.  Peace Children's Home would like to take some of the young adults that feel called to serve and help them fulfill their dream by starting several new orphanages or plant a church if they would rather.

Those interested would attend Bible College to get their degree during the day.  Eastern Bible Institute is just down the street from the orphanage.  They would attend college during the day and work at the orphanage in the morning and at night.

During the periods when they are working at the orphanage, they will learn the business side of the orphanage. They will learn how to do the reporting to the government; how to make a budget and how to manage their money; how to run the various businesses that PCH uses to gain operating funds.

Upon finishing their college and their training at the orphanage they would then start a new orphanage and use their new training to spread the gospel in the community to help more orphans.  Through an endowment that would be set up  that would cover first year operating expenses and startup costs.  The second year, 75% of the expenses would be covered; the third year 50% and the fourth year they would receive 25%.  They would continue to receive 25% of their expenses covered for as long as they continued in the program.

If the student did not want to go the route of the orphanage, then PCH would follow the same plan as the orphanage start up, with starting a church.

We appreciate your prayerful consideration in partnership with PCH in our mission.
